How To Do Supta Matsyendrasana Pose:
Lie down on your back and stretch out your arms.
Bend your knees, keeping your feet flat on the floor.
Exhale and lower your knees to the left side , until your left knee touches the floor.
Turn your head to the right.
Maintain position for 1 minute, return to starting position.
Repeat the steps with the opposite side.
Perform the whole cycle 4 to 6 times on each side.
